I have suffered with back pain for the past 10 years. Prior to coming to Pure Health Acupuncture I had tried everything from massage, physical therapy, anti-inflammatories , muscle relaxers, seizure type medications, Lidoderm® patches , and prescription narcotics to relieve the pain. I also have had 4 low back surgeries in the past. My last MRI showed 5 ruptured discs and I was considering quitting work and applying for disability.

I have had neck and shoulder pain since a motor vehicle accident 4 years ago. I had tried chiropractor and medications but I didn’t like the way I felt after the adjustments and there was so many side effects to the medications.
