Set Point™ Weight Management Program combines Western science and Chinese medicine to give you the best of both worlds. Most importantly, it will teach you to understand your personal metabolism and give you the tools to return your body to its natural and healthy Set Point™.
Who should consider attending?
- Anyone wanting to lose 12 lbs or more
- Anyone who has already lost weight but is having trouble losing those last 15 lbs
- Anyone wanting to change their ratio of muscle and fat
In our weekly meetings you will learn:
- Acupressure points to reduce cravings and give you energy!
- How to eat more and weigh less!
- Chinese exercises that help you breathe away your fat by activating your metabolism!
Meeting participation requires a weekly entry fee at any of the levels listed below:
$20 Entry Level
Entry Level program includes:
- Meal plan and periodic reassessments
- Weekly weigh-in (includes BMI, Skeletal Muscle, Body Fat, Visceral Fat, and Body Age)
- 15-20 minutes Qigong or acupressure training to activate metabolism and control appetite
- Product Education: Evaluation, and pros vs cons of weight loss supplements
- Weight friendly medicinal teas to drink and/or weight friendly food to sample during the meeting
- Education on nutrition, exercise, etc. (may include guest speakers)
Note: The Entry Level program will provide you with all the information and tools you need to lose weight. The higher program levels and other extras can help accelerate your weight loss, greatly curb appetite/cravings, and help you get through weight loss plateaus.
Higher Level program options for accelerated weight loss:
$30 Bronze Level – Includes Entry Level + Unlimited Ear Seeds
$40 Silver Level– Includes Bronze Level + Unlimited Auricular Acupuncture
$50 Gold Level – Includes Silver Level + Weekly Abdominal Acupuncture with E-stim
