Baked Sweet Potato Chips

Cut sweet potatoes into thin slices (about 1/8 inch thick)

Place slices into a large bowl

Add cinnamon, pepper, and salt to taste

Lightly baste with olive oil

Toss to ensure spices and olive oil are venly dsiributed on all chips

Place on cookie sheets  (do no overlap slices) and bake in oven for 15-20 minutes

Note:  Some chips will be cook quicker than others due to varying thickness so keep an eye on them while cooking.

Remember to eat only the portion allowed in your meal plan.  Enjoy!!!
